Recreation can take a variety of forms.  There are countless ways that individuals engage in recreation.  The City of Hartford’s Recreation Division offers a variety of leagues and recreational programs designed to establish life-long interest in participating in recreation to help improve an individual’s personal wellness.  This philosophy is incorporated in our logo below, “Stay Fit for Life.”
